Command Used in this Tutorials:

To set the hostname

# hostnamectl set-hostname glpi.linuxgeekvideos.com

Check for the SELinux status and force the SELinux into promossive mode.

# sestatus

# setenforce 0

Allow http and https traffic under Public Zone.

# firewall-cmd –zone=public –permanent –add-service=http
# firewall-cmd –zone=public –permanent –add-service=https
# firewall-cmd –reload

Install with LAMP setup

# yum install httpd -y
# yum install mariadb-server –exclude php-mysql-* php php-*

Edit the apache configuration to amend allow all.

# vi /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.con
allowride all

Set SELinux booleam value for contrack traffic, And start the LAMP stack.

# getsebool -a | grep http_con_
# setsebool http_ on

# systemctl start httpd
# systemctl start mariadb

# systemctl status httpd
# systemctl status mariadb

Initialize MariaDB using below command and secure from the default configuration.

# mysql_secure_installation

CREATE DATABASE glpi;
CREATE USER ‘glpi’@’localhost’;
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON glpi.* TO ‘glpi’@’localhost’ IDENTIFIED BY ‘glpi@2017’;
FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
